Powys People First

Powys People First helps to organise self-advocacy groups for people with a learning disability across Powys.

Self-advocacy is when you speak up for yourself.  This could be either on your own or in group.

When we say ‘speak up’, we mean to communicate your opinion or to say what you think.

You can do this by using voice, movement, sign language, sound, picture or film.

Our members are always looking for new ways to speak up in their local area and across Wales.
